It's hard to stay mindful in certain situations, and sometimes we need a gentle reminder to bring us back to our mindfulness practice. Place these around your home or at your office so that when you look at it, it will serve you as a reminder to pause bring yourself back to the present moment.
I don't know about you but for me (Janelle) I have a hard time letting things go. I often ruminate on situations that caused me great anxiety or anger and I have this print in my meditation space to remind myself that in order for me to move forward with my life and live more peacefully, I just have to Let That Shit Go!
